Not only was history made with the new President but with the students of North Greenville University. At the National Religious Broadcasting Convention in Nashville,TN, seven students won awards for both TV and radio. Students from the Mass Communication Depatment every year are offered a chance at recording various things to be judged by NRB. When students went home for Christmas break they eagerly awaited the results that came out in December.
Then, on Thursday, February 5 through Wednesday, February 11, those seven along with 23 other Mass Communication students attended the convention and accepted their awards. Any student who has an interest in broadcasting is welcome to attend NRB. Check out their website for information about future conventions if you wold like to attend. Here are the results:
